Shay Lane Industrial Estate - Longridge

Following a huge fire at Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses of Longridge in 2023, the warehouse was left ruined, with only sections of the steelwork intact.  Now operated by Ribble Valley Shelving, AMS Cladding have brought the building back to life with a higher specification than before.

The walls feature Kingspan KS1000RW Wall Panels in Goosewing Grey with 73mm of Quadcore Insulation achieving a U Value of 0.25u.  The roof system uses Kingspan KS1000RW Roof Panel, XL Forte with 115mm Quadcore Insulation achieving 0.16u, and features clear Trapezoidal Rooflights.

The building is finished off with coated steel trimline gutter and square coated steel rainwater pipes in matching colours.
