AMRC - SAMLESBURY, PRESTON

AMRC North West is a £20m applied research and development facility in Samlesbury, Lancashire, that helps businesses unlock productivity and sustainability gains and keep the UK’s advanced manufacturing sector ahead of the pack.

With offices to the front and workshop space to the rear, AMS Cladding provided a complete cladding and roofing design and installation service.

The offices feature a stunning rainscreen cladding system for both aesthetics and thermal benefits, along with a flat roof system that houses an array of solar PV panels.

The workshop space to the rear of the building uses insulated profiled wall sheets, with a built up cladding system to the clients specification.

Workshop Roof Cladding – Built Up Roof Cladding System comprising 0.7mm thick 32/1000 Forward Profile Plastisol (Standard Colour) Coated Steel Outer Sheet, Spacer Bar & Bracket System, 260mm thick Insulation Quilt, 0.7mm thick Profile Bright White Steel Liner Sheet.
