AMS Cladding have completed the wall and roof cladding works on the new John Mason International Northern Removals Hub for DJL Construction.

The 27,250 sq ft Northern Removals Hub on the Merseyside-Lancashire border features a combination of 25,500 sq ft of ground floor warehousing with four loading bays, and 1750 sq ft of office space over three levels.

The building is constructed using Tata Trimapanels at 90mm thick in Oyster, and Trisomet 333 wall panels at 80mm thick in dual shades of Alaska Grey and Oyster.  The roof is constructed of Tata Trisomet 333 – 120mm thick composite roof panel with Brett Martin Trillite GRP 24 energy saver FAIRS factory assembled triple skin rooflights.

Drainage systems include Trimline gutter rainwater pipes and external 100mm rainwater pipes in anthracite grey.
