Coed y Ddraig is new centre for adults with learning disabilities in Mold, and is the first ever net-zero building Flintshire.
 
AMS Cladding had the pleasure of installing a complete set of pitched and flat roofing systems along with Gutter & Rainwater Pipes, Parapet Cladding, Verge Capping, and Eaves Capping in a stunning anthracite grey to create this modern energy efficient project for the people of Flintshire.

Roof Cladding Specification

Euroclad Elite PLUS 9 Standing Seam Roof Cladding Systems, comprising ES400 Profiled Roof Sheet, 0.9mm thick ARS Coated (RAL 7012 or RAL 7016) Aluminium, Halter, Breather Membrane, fixed to New Plywood Deck to Falls By Others, with use of Stainless Steel Fasteners. 

Flat Roofing Specification

Protan Mechanically Fastened Single Ply Membrane Roofing System, comprising Protan SE, 1.6mm thick Single Ply Membrane (Dark Grey), mechanically fixed thru F2B Protection Fleece, into New Plywood Decking to Falls By Others.
